Hi,
I am applying for naturalisation after 5 year of tier 2 and 1 year ILR.
1.Proof of living in the UK for 5 years.
Is my passport enough to prove the above, do I have to scan and upload all pages of my passport or do I need an employer letter.?
2.proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions. Will my ILR brp card prove this?
3.I had a driving offence on 2015, LC20, driving without a full licence. Got 3 penalty points which is expired now. Declared this in my application. Will this effect my application? Do I need to submit driving licence details?
Thanks in advance

Passport is sufficient, all stamped and biometric pages must be scanned and uploaded. You do NOT need an employer letter.

That is what it is, i.e. proof of ILR.
3.I had a driving offence on 2015, LC20, driving without a full licence. Got 3 penalty points which is expired now. Declared this in my application. Will this effect my application? Do I need to submit driving licence details?
It shouldn't effect the application.
