Hello everybody wanted to ask what service is used by the passport office to send back original documents as we have received out passport sent via TNT but not the original documents bac(Pakistani passport and Naturalisation) we do not have NICOP for our son and so without NICOP and Pakistani passport will not possible ti get entry in pakistan. We applied for UK passport using online services and paid extra fee to secure deliver documents back.

Royal Mail was used in my wife’s experience.

If you paid extra to have your documents delivered securely, they too will arrive via TNT.
Here is the tracking link:
https://delivery.tnt.com/tracking
(Admins - I am aware that this is a third party link. However, it is the only service recommended by HMPO to track passport delivery)
Use you PEX number as PAN without any letters. You will see details of two consignments - one for your passport and one for your documents. You can click on them to check their status and to reschedule delivery. If you see only one consignment, that means your documents are still with HMPO and not with TNT yet.

K.
