BC Application via EEA - ILR

Hello,
I am thinking of applying for British Citizenship, and I was wondering whether someone could please clarify for me a couple of questions.
Background:
I am a EU national living in the UK. I received ILR 1 year ago under the EU Settlement Scheme (an online letter from the Home Office with instructions on how I can check my settled status online. Nothing else). I can prove my level of English and I have passed the Life in UK test. I have also been in the UK for the required amount of time with fewer than 450 days outside the UK in the last 5 years.
Question 1:
Do I need a permanent residence card to apply?
Looking at the gov guidance (https://www.gov.uk/apply-citizenship-in ... -to-remain) and on page 15 of Form AN for naturalisation guide (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... uly_20.pdf), I believe that I should not need this document when applying.
However, after filling in my online citizenship application, I am forwarded to the supporting documents section, which asks for a permanent residence card (as evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions).
I'm confused now as the ILR should be sufficient to prove that. I am wondering whether this is a mistake in the form, as it may not have been updated once the ILR under the EU Settlement scheme was implemented.
Note: I have checked my application again, and made sure I selected that the basis on which I'm applying for British Citizenship was ILR, and not BRP.
Question(s) 2:
I know I need to prove I have lived in the UK for the 5 years prior to my application being submitted, but I don't know how many documents to submit.
i) Specifically, do I need to provide monthly payslips?
ii) Would a P60 'prove' a full year up to the P60 date?
iii) Alternatively would a written letter from an employer claiming that I worked for them over the past 5 years at X location be sufficient?
I would appreciate any insights that people can provide.
