I'm trying to book an appointment for biometric through UKVCAS after submitting an application, but I can't see any available appointments anywhere in the UK. Is this normal?
I have seen comments on this forum about UKVI re-using old biometric details. Does anyone know the criteria for this? I have done my previous one a year ago for my ILR application.
Also, do they charge a fee for reusing the old details?

Cullinan, based on your previous experience, is there any specific time of the day where they will open the availability to book an appointment on the 21st or is it completely random?
