Dear gurus can you please help me with this query.

If husband is a British citizen but wife is still on PBS dependant visa. Wife entered as PBS dependant in Jan 2017 and never left the UK since. All visas on time. No overstays.

1- What date she’s eligible to apply for ILR ?
2- what date she’s eligible to apply for BC ?

Please guide.

1. Around 2022, subject to 319E, if husband was granted ILR under PBS. See also here.
2. Immediately after ILR granted, subject to Section 6(2).
