Hi,

We have received email to use IDV app to put photo and documents, which we have done same day.
But not received any invitation to book appointment for finger prints?
My question is

Do we need to book an appointment for her in croydon? Or they will use the old finger prints which we have done on 15th Jan 2020 for her ILR?

If you have already submitted what was required over the IDV app then most likely you won't be sent any biometrics invitation unless they (UKVI/UKVCAS) will climb down at later. However, if you still wish then may experiment a cheap/free fun by booking an appointment for dual submission which panning out relatively quicker as per few folks.

You don’t need to have a fingerprint taken they using your old biometric that’s is purpose of IDV app
