I am filling out my British passport application and require information on below questions

1. Proof of living in the UK for Mr xxxxxx for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen? I am applying on basis of 5 year route ILR.
What evidence do I need to show regarding this question?

I had to fixed 2 fixed penalty notice in last 2 years from council

2. A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty
What did you get? A fixed penalty notice
Give more detail and if it was a conditional caution, include the conditions?
What information do I need to put related to this question?

Can someone please provide the information.

You are not applying for a passport. You are applying to naturalised as British. They are two separate things.

Your passports for the last 5 years.
