Hi

I applied passport for my daughter this month, and the passport is sent via TNT. However, when I click the link to track the delivery on TNT, it shows I need to have Postcode, Consignment number or PAN number.

Can anyone tell me where is PAN number?

Thanks, I tried again and it works now.

I guess I need to wait unit the parcel or envelope is scanned by TNT to track it.

I have received my daughter's passport today.

Will HM Passport office send another email to let me know the support document is returned? Will it be the same courier TNT?

Documents are sent separately.

I applied British passport for my daughter and her passport was received on 15/09/2020. However, the support documents are still not received yet.

Do I receive notification email or text message when the support document is dispatched?

Will I get tracking link from delivery company?

If you used the same tracking details, it will tell you if supporting documents jave been dispatched or not.

Thank for the advice. My still shows the passport on the way. I will keep my eyes on the tracking page

Hi All

Just a quick update and hopefully this is will be helpful to someone who are experiencing the same problems.

The support documents are received today, which is 20 days after receiving the passport.

I called the HM passport office last week and they said the support documents will usually be returned around 14 working days after receiving passport.

I notice a member said once the support documents are dispatched, there will be an update in the passport tracking page. However, I checked my tracking page again today, there is no update at all.

Did you request a secure delivery on application i.e did you pay extra 5 pounds or what ?
