Hi,

I want top apply for British Citizenship. II have ILR on 10 years route. I have a query if seniors can reply.

I was on tier 1 PSW and applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur got refused and granted on appeal. I was working full time 2 jobs. My Tier 1 granted on 12th Feb and received decision letter on 16th Feb. I left both jobs same day on 16th Feb. As visa was granted on 12th Feb hence my right to work status changed and I worked 4 days unknowingly. Can it effect my nationality application? What leaving date should I put on application?

Most probably everyone on PSW and then switching to Tier 1 Entrepreneur have the same scenario including myself. I have the same concern!

My Tier 1 Ent BRP was issued on 24th Jan in 2014 and possibly I would have received it by 28/29 Jan (3/4 days more) and my job leave date shows 31st Jan so a week over. However, I did not work during those 3/4 days as I had a rota job.

I believe, HO will not penalise us for this as many were serving notice periods and did not intentionally breach visa conditions. I hope so!!

PS I input the correct date of leave as per my P45 but I am still awaiting BC decision.
