Hello,

I have applied for British Citizenship on 20th September 2020 on the basis of having ILR for 12 months (5 year Tier 2 General).

Even though the application is submitted along with Biometrics and documents I was just reading my application and realised that I have answered No to the following question:

Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad.

I though this meant any citizenship applications however just reading through the forum looks like I should have said yes and added ILR application.

What should I do now? should I inform UKVI or is this not a major mistake resulting in rejection? Any help would be appreciated.

Kind Regards

This can not lead to a refusal. However, you may want to consider sending HO an email and mention ALL (not only ILR) your previous UK immigration applications. Mention your UAN, name, DOB & Nationality in the email.
