Invalid User and Password

Hi,
Good Evening Everyone
Please can help me out in my naturalisation application, I submitted my application online, 8th October fee was paid but when I was last page of application for Book a appointment that time sopra steria pages said invalid user and password... I tried many time but same message comes..

A lot of times by clicking on forgotten password/username, these credential can be regained (if were registered before). also read below:

Same Email and Password working for login my application and download for documents but it's not working in Sopra Steira page...

Go to UKVCAS login (not UKVI). Click “forget password”. Once you click “forget password” link, did you get a new access code?? Check junk folder also.

Also clear cache and “auto-fill” passwords before.

If the above does not resolve the issue, DM UKVCAS twitter tomorrow during working hours. They will resolve for you.

Also, when you clicked “book an appointment” via UKVI account, an access code would have been sent via registered email to register your account on UKVCAS. You can only login UKVCAS after that. Access code usually lands up in junk. Did you do that?
