Referees - Submit or Not Submit Ref Declaration? and what is 'professional'

Hi,
Currently applying for naturalisation, at the end of the form it says:

'From the list of documents below, provide as many as you can. Tick each document to confirm that you have read the requirement, even if you cannot send it.'

Does that mean that my referees don't really have to write a declaration and I can just give their details?

About one of them being a professional, from what i've read a 'manager' of a company would do.. one of my ref is a manager e.g. marketing manager in a company, would that do ?

Thank you in advance

You must tick all. All are mandatory. You must provide referees.

For eligibility see:

I understand i have to tick and provide details of my referres on the form but I wanted to know if I need them to write a summary about myself on a letter and send it also or do I just provide their details...?

No.

Your referees simply need to each sign the form which has your photo pasted on and their details on and send it back to you. You then upload them with your supporting documents.
