Proof of living in the UK for 5 years for British citizenship by naturalisation

Hi,
My son [over 18 years] is making an independent application for British citizenship by naturalisation. He was on a Tier 2 Child dependent visa from May 2014 to Apr 2019 and was under 18 years.
He has to provide Proof of living in the UK for 5 years. What documents will be considered as a proof of living for him as he was under 18 years? Neither he had his own bank account nor he was eligible to vote.
Can he provide NHS letters and/or letters from school/university?
Please suggest.
Thank you
