MN1 application decision duration

Hello there,
I have applied for registration of my child under 18 as a British citizen via MN1 form on September 6 via online. However, no email from the UKVI yet. I am wondering if it is common not to receive any sort of email as a confirmation from the UKVI or not . Most of the applicants are getting their decision within two weeks nowadays.
Eligibility criteria: Father received ILR in August 2020, child born in the UK October 2018
Method of application: Online
Date of application:06/09/2020
Biometric appointment in UKVCAS center on 29/09/2020
Approval email from
NationalityCaseworkDecisionService@homeoffice.gov.uk - None
Date on registration certificate: None
Date of receipt of registration certificate: None
