Naturalisation online form questions

Hi all, I recently received ILR and I am planning to apply naturalisati for my 11 months old daughter. Currently am updating MN1 form where one of the section , I need to submit referee details .can you correct me on my below queries.
1) For referee 1. I am planning to give my neighbor details as the referee , where he is the retired person and he is holding British passpoet. He is not doing any professional activity but he is 77 years . Can I use him for reference 1 ?
Can I add him as
2) For second referee , we know the Hindu priest who does all the Hindu religious activity in hom and he knows my baby. Can use him as second reference. Also what is the profession I need to add in the form for the second referee ? Can I add priest ?

For second reference, as I said I am planning to give priest details , which address should I need to specify ? Thier temple address where he is working every day or his residence address ?

1) Yes
2) Minister of religion, address where he resides or receives official mail.
I used a minister of religion as a referee for my daughter and mentioned the mosque’s address as that is where the minister of religion lived also in my case.

Have another question on submitting the supporting documents. As my daughter born in UK 11 months back and I am applying Naturalisation. She dont have any Passport, official travel documents but in the one of the supporting document section its asked as "If she has a passport then provide this with your application. If she does not have a passport then you must provide another officially-issued identity document. This could include an official travel document or national identity card. " What document I have to submit as part of this section. ?

None. UK birth certificate is enough.

What documents I need to submit for below sections:
1 ) Proof of Mrs Mother's parental responsibility for my daughter.
2) Proof of Mr Father's parental responsibility for my daughter.
Proof of Mr Father's parental responsibility can include:
a) A copy of the birth certificate
b) A parental responsibility order, care order, adoption order or special guardianship order
3) If their parent is a British citizen then you must provide us evidence of their citizenship. This could include their British passport, a certificate of citizenship or their birth certificate. (As I dont have British passport and have only the ILR, will that be sufficient to submit for this section ?)

1) UK Birth Certificate to prove parental responsibility.
2) ILR to prove parent’s settled status. Are you not reading “IF”?

My daughter born 11 months back, So, in the application its being asked," have you lived at your current address for 5 years?" As she born 11 months back, what option shall I select?
