Urgent help with British Citizenship application

Hello,
Thanks to everyone who are helping people like me in this forum. I received great help with my ILR application (Tier 2 General route) and now its a time to apply for Citizenship
I have a few questions, would request if someone can answer asap
Regarding my passport - I have an Indian passport which has all the stamps of my exit and entry to UK, now that was due to expire so I have renewed my passport couple of months ago. My new passport is fresh and when I filled the application there was no question to specify my previous passport number. Now I am confused what will happen, which passport pages do I upload? All pages of old passport and blank pages of new passport?
Referees - I have two referees, they are my friends
i. IT Business Analyst - British Citizen
ii. Valuer (Civil Servant) - Singapore Citizen
Will this be ok?
Regarding my previous immigration applications in UK and abroad - Do I need to specify all of them? I don’t remember the reference numbers now. I though after ILR they are not required so I had trashed them all
Have you had any other work over the past 10 years or since you came to the UK? - Should this include the part time jobs also which I did while I was doing my masters? Or the job during my Tier-2 and current job?
Have you had any trips outside of the UK? - Please correct me If I am wrong, This should be from last 5 years only? So If I am applying on 24th October 2020, I need to enter the details of trips made outside UK between 24 Oct 2015 - 23-Oct-2020?
How Do I prove the residence requirement?
Now on Documents page -
The passport issued by Country for Mr XYZ - Should I include both passports?
Proof of living in the UK for XYZ for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen - How Do I prove this 5 years of living? I am Single
Two referee declarations for XYZ - How Do I get this also? I have already filled their details in the application. Do i need to get them do/sign anything?
Also while the application is in process am I allowed to travel?
Any help would be highly appreciated

Passport(s) covering the qualifying period i.e. 5 years. Bio page of new passport, Bio page of old passport and all stamps covering the qualifying period
Referees - I have two referees, they are my friends
i. IT Business Analyst - British Citizen
ii. Valuer (Civil Servant) - Singapore Citizen
The referee form clearly states who is eligible. Also see in addition:

Will this be ok?

ALL. Reference number is “if known question”
Have you had any other work over the past 10 years or since you came to the UK? - Should this include the part time jobs also which I did while I was doing my masters? Or the job during my Tier-2 and current job?
ALL UK employment within last 10 years. Again date is “if known question” or estimates will do
Have you had any trips outside of the UK? - Please correct me If I am wrong, This should be from last 5 years only? So If I am applying on 24th October 2020, I need to enter the details of trips made outside UK between 24 Oct 2015 - 23-Oct-2020?
25th Oct 2015 to 24th Oct 2020. Also you must physically be present in UK on 25th Oct 2015.
How Do I prove the residence requirement?
Passport(s) stamps covering qualifying period
Now on Documents page -
The passport issued by Country for Mr XYZ - Should I include both passports?

Yes

Also while the application is in process am I allowed to travel?
Yes until you attend the ceremony. You will become British once you attend the ceremony not approval alone. Your ILR BRP will be invalid at that point and will have to be returned to HO within 5 days after ceremony
Any help would be highly appreciated
You also need Life in UK and English Test/UK Degree reference numbers - assuming you must have input in the online form.

Thanks CULLIAN for a quick reply
I am still confused

Do Both have to be professional person? as it says
Give your first referee's details. This referee must be the holder of a British Citizen passport (and either a professional person or over the age of 25)
So will IT Business Analyst work as a first referee?
Give your second referee's details. This referee should be a person (of any nationality) who has professional standing. This can include a minister of religion, civil servant or a member of a professional body such as an accountant or solicitor (who is not representing you with this application).
Because the second referee is a Civil servant and Valuer
You also need Life in UK and English Test/UK Degree reference numbers - assuming you must have input in the online form.
Yes I have both

Yes since he/she is a British Citizen.
So will IT Business Analyst work as a second referee?
The civil servant having Singaporean nationality can act as the first referee.

Dear CULLIAN,
thank you for a reply
My understanding is they want first referee to be British citizen and second referee to be of any nationality, so i chose referees-
First referee- IT Business Analyst - British Citizen
Second referee- Valuer (Civil Servant) - Singapore Citizen
based on
Give your first referee's details. This referee must be the holder of a British Citizen passport (and either a professional person or over the age of 25)
Give your second referee's details. This referee should be a person (of any nationality) who has professional standing. This can include a minister of religion, civil servant or a member of a professional body such as an accountant or solicitor (who is not representing you with this application).
Please guide

Does not matter who is the first and the second. It clearly mentions what is required.
PS: Professional person can only be the one who is listed on the list as stated above.

Thanks again .
it also says first referee is either a professional person or over the age of 25
My only concern is the first referee is a British citizen but IT Business Analyst is not listed in the link you have provided above.
Also what will happen if I don't enter the details of the work i did while I was studying?
Are they going to check all that?

Yes since he/she is a British Citizen and over 25.

The civil servant having Singaporean nationality can act as the first referee.
Yes they will check all and make sure you did not have any work outside your visa conditions.
