I have summitted nationality application and gave the Biometric as well at the centre 2 weeks ago. But I didn’t receive acknowledgment of application from home office. Is it normal or should I contact homeoffice?

You should receive an acknowledgement email at some stage (at least for your payment submission). A letter by post is not sent.
