Applying for first british passport while other european passport expired

Hello everyone..just want to ask about british passport.
My daughter has a european passport and she born in UK and she has settled status ..she is 4 yr old....i want to apply for her british passport...me n my both has settled status and my wife (settled status also)..
Unfortunately my daughter's european passport expired in August because offices were closed ...
I just want to know is it possible to apply for her british passport even her european passport is expired?
Please let me know....if yes than what kind of documents need ...

Sorry if I'm missing some details:
Can you clarify, your daughter was born in the UK, four years old - pre-dates the Settled Status scheme - did you/your wife have EU PR at the time daughter was born? Or has she been registered (MN1) since then.
If she qualifies for a British passport there is no requirement to have a valid foreign passport.

Yes my daughter born in uk and currently she is holding a EU passport because my wife is EU citizen.... now my daughter has settled status and me and my wife also has settled status......
Her current EU passport expired ......

Unfortunately, that doesn’t answer the
question of whether or not a parent had automatically acquired PR or not at the time of
child’s birth.

did you/your wife have EU PR at the time daughter was born? Or has she been registered (MN1) since then.

Hi...
We did not apply MN1
Neither me n my wife has PR at the time of birth of my daughter but that time my wife has living more than 5 yrs in uk but she did not applied any kind of PR...

If mother could have successfully applied for confirmation of PR prior to giving
birth in the UK, then child may apply for British passport directly. Else, child is entitled to register first.
