Hi all,

Please help me with my query?

I received my naturalisation approval on 23 October but seems I have to wait long for citizenship ceremony, is it okay to travel for few months until I receive invitation for ceremony? And would I face any problem if I’m not in Uk when receive my invitation?

Gurus please give your guidance

You are free to travel. Make sure someone is there to collect/receive your post though.

Thanks Cullinan.

Once I receive invitation, do I have to attend ceremony in certain time or I can book whenever I’m next In UK?

Pre-corona, you must had to attend ceremony within 3 months from the date on the invitation letter. Now, its 6 months from the date on the invitation letter.
