ILR (Spouse) to citizenship - employment history + self-employment evidence questions?

Hi all!
I just received ILR (Set M) and as the spouse of a citizen I'm hoping to make my application for citizenship as soon as possible.
Filling it out has led me to a few questions as it doesn't seem quite as straightforward as I had expected.
A quick primer on my time in the UK:
* entered in 2010 as a student on a 1 year visa for a foundation course
* received an additional student visa to do full university course
* graduated 2015, married my boyfriend I'd been with and switched to spouse visa
* 2018 - FLR(M) second spouse visa
* 2020 - ILR (Set M) granted on the basis of being spouse of a British citizen
1. "Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?" I have added my most recent ILR application but do I need to include *every single application* I've made in the last 10 years since entering the UK? Or only the ones relevant to my ILR as a spouse?
2. "Have you had any other work over the past 10 years or since you came to the UK?"
Do they seriously literally need me to list every single job I've have since entering the UK in 2010, because I have worked a variety of service jobs before entering more stable salaried employment and I couldn't possibly remember every single job I've had, much less the exact dates. Or is this a more generic question and what they mean is listing any employment I've had since entering the UK on the current visa route that has led me to citizenship (i.e. spouse visa -> ILR -> citizenship, so only the last 5 years).
3. I'm currently self-employed, but only since January. They're asking for my tax return in the documents but I don't have a tax return for this year, obviously. I'm in the middle of filling out my self-assessment for the tax year ending April 2020 but that will only cover the first 3 months of my self-employment. Is that going to be enough??
4. When they ask for my UTR (unique taxpayer reference) do they mean mine or that of my LTD company that I do my self-employment through?
This whole self-employment thing seems to have thrown a bit of a wrench in what I expected to be filling out in the application but hopefully the knowledgeable people on this forum will be able to help! Thanks in advance.
