Hello again,
Im due to apply for naturalisation this month and in middle of filling the application form got to the question where it ask about previous immigration application
I have state all my application except one which im not sure if I need to add it or not
COA form permission to register marriage do I have to include it with the immigration applications?

Is the COA form not counted as immigration application?

As far as I know, certificate of approval for marriage is made to the HO but it is not like a UK immigration application. If you are in doubt, you can mention it. No harm.

Thank you also if I don't mention it can it cause problem? As its confusing what reference and date need to put for it i have letter from HO when they received COA application and have copy of COA form which has case number on it and date of issue
