Naturalisation questions

Hi All,
I am planning for my Naturalisation and have few doubts, any help would be really useful and your kindness is appreciated.
Route: Tier 4 General > Tier 2 General + 5years > ILR + 1year
1. After online submission of the application, within what timeframe do I need to take biometric submission appointment (unless invited for reuse)? Can I reschedule the biometric appointment? Can I travel for a week after online submission of the Naturalisation application and before the biometric appointment?
2. What document to substantiate "Proof of living in the UK for Mr xxxx xxx for 5 years if applying in your own right" ?
3. "Proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions -You must provide one of the following documents:
- your passport showing you are able to remain permanently in the UK
- other (for example, a letter from the Home Office, your BRP card or other proof of exemption from immigration control)". ILR BRP to serve this purpose or do I need the letter/email which informed ILR approval?
4. Does the referees need to do anything except for signing the referee declarations and providing the details for the form? (Unless HO contacts them for confirmation. This is just to set their expectation.)
Thank you!
