You have to apply for Naturalisation application first for adults and register the children as British Citizens before you can apply for British Passports. Once your applications are approved and you attend the ceremony, only then you can apply for a British Passport.

Note: You can keep all the family members in ONE account.

Note: Adults will apply on AN, children apply on MN1, but if you keep all family members in the same account and choose the right category “child below 18” while adding a new applicant in the same account, the online form will adapt to MN1.

Note: Read the guidance as stated above. Your daughter above 18 also needs to meet LIUK and English Requirements like yourself and your husband.

You can keep all family members in the same account. Register the account and fill your form first.
Then add your husband as a “partner” and fill his form.
Then add your children below 18 as “child below 18” one by one and fill their individual forms.
Then add your child above 18 as “child above 18” and fill her form.

The point is that adding a new applicant, choose the right category. Also, note all applications will be processed on their own merits and have to fulfil the requirements individually.

???

I just checked your history and seems like you all got ILR in Feb 2020. Make sure you can only apply for Naturalisation AFTER minimum 1 year stay on ILR. You also have to meet the residence requirements and the good character requirements as stated in the above guidance.
