Hi Guys,

Please help on the below question.

My kids are coming from India this January 2021 after long stay around a year due to Covid-19 and also my wife's 2nd Delivery. Both my kids born in India and one holding ILR from past 3 years and another one (Recently born) had ILE (Indefinite Leave to Enter), had it recently. Myself and my wife holding ILR's too. Now, I am planning to go for Naturalization, can I able to add my both kids to my Naturalization application ? since, they both already holding ILR's.

Help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

As both children and the other parent hold ILR/ILE and one parent is applying for naturalisation, yes, you can apply to register the two children as British citizens under Section 3(1).
