I submitted naturalisation application after 5 Years stay in UK on Tier 2 and One year ILR. The application was submitted on 9th August 2020 and Biometric through DVI on 4th September. I am still waiting for approval email/letter. In the application, there was a section " Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad? " I gave details of all visas held in the past starting from ILR to Tier 2 and Visitor visa in the past. After submitting application, I realized that UK immigration applications didn't include visitor visa. Will it affect my naturalisation application? What was the correct answer to this question? I am now concerned if it has delayed my application.

Not an issue - it is an "if known" question so incomplete details will not cause problems/delays.

As far as I am aware, UK tourist visas are not supposed to be listed anyways?? Also, the “if known” part is only the dates itself?

Oh I read it again. No its okay. It was not needed but does not matter if your provided.
