I have been reading regarding good character from this forum but i didnt know where my case lies
The following is my situation.

1. Came to uk 2006 vist visa and overstayed

2 cought driving with no licence sep 2009 and fined and home office was involved. And started reporting

3 decided to go back to jamaica 2011 jan

4 managed to co back feb 2012 with spouse visa

5 2014 got leave to remain.

My question is can i apply for naturalisation now or when shoul i apply

What happened between 2012 and 2014. You came in 2012 with a spouse visa. Did you hold a legal status all the time between 2012 and 2014?

If yes, you may apply in 2022.

Do i have to wait 10 year from 2012 before applying british passport. Or 10 years count from when ileft voluntary 2011
