Illegal entrance refuges citizenship help

I entered Britain illegally ( illegal entrance or clandestine)in 2004, and I did not apply for asylum until the end of 2008,i get residence in 2011, after that I got permanent residence ILR as refuge in 2016 according to the new law in Nationality: a good character guide update in 30 September 2020 page 46 and in Nationality policy: Naturalisation as a British citizen by discretion guide update in 2 September 2020 page 28 looks am not qualify ever for citizen chip
or i have to wait 10 years from the date I guaranty the resident on 2011 . can you please someone professional clarify this for me many thanks

It is best to wait for 10 years after you had legal stay in UK. You are almost there anyways.
If you apply now, it will be up to the CW to decide which could be risky as he has to take into account other factors also which may not go in your favour.
