Further documents requested for British Citizenship

Hi
I am clueless now regarding how I should respond to the email received from CT3CaseworkEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk regarding further documents needed. The officer sent me an email with a scanned letter telling me the English certificate is not valid however I know this is valid since the English certificate that I use for my British Citizenship is the same certificate I use for entry in the UK and ILR.
I want to respond however the email say,
Please find attached letter regarding your nationality application. This email is intended for Mr. xxx and if received in error should be deleted immediately. If you have received this email in error, please notify us via CT3CaseworkEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk.
Please DO NOT respond to this e-mail as this inbox will not be monitored.
I have tried sending an email to NationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk as well but it looks like this is also not monitored.
At present, I dont know how can I contact them to respond to their request. Anyone has the same experience?
Thanks
