UKVCAS document upload.

Hi everyone.
I have applied for British citizenship on the grounds of being an EU permanent resident.
I am uploading my supporting documents onto UKVCAS website, so all the documents i have spread between ‘Other’ and ‘Residence in the UK’ folders.
The question i have, is regarding ‘Proof of application’ folder. I have come across some comments, that the other people were uploading some declaration and check list documents into this folder. I haven’t seen any instructions regarding that, so not sure if i have done it right. Do i have to upload any other documents into this folder, apart of my passport?
