Checks before citizenship application

Hello everyone,
My brother is about to apply for British citizenship but he isn’t sure of the information that is held on him by the courts, police etc. He remembers having a driving incident that led to a ban a few years but he isn’t sure if he has got CCJ in the past or not.
Pls does anyone know of sites that can be used to get this information on him.
