Hi All,

my daughters were born outside uk and they got the ILR along with my spouse through 5 years route.
I got British citizen 3 years ago.

1. My daughters has to wait for another 1 year to apply for Naturalisation & british citizenship along with her mother.?

2. Both daughters can apply Naturalisation alone without her mother.?

Thanks & Regards,
BH

As long both your children born abroad are below 18, they can be registered now via MN1 route since you are British and mother is settled already.

Hi Cullinan,

This is almost similar to my situation but my child do not hold ILR.

Can I register my child as British citizen?
