Additional applicant

While I am applying for my naturalisation, can I add my wife in the additional applicant part? Towards the end, there is an option of 'Add an additional Applicant' and there are few options like 'a partner 18 or older', would it be better to start a new application for her or add on to mine? Any advice will be much appreciated.
TIA
Regards

Does your wife meet the naturalisation requirements on her own (i.e. has she held ILR for a year, physically present in the UK five years ago, etc)?

Thank you for your quick reply! Oh yes absolutely, she has been the main applicant throughout.

You can add family members in the same account as long she is eligible for Naturalisation.
Note, for naturalisation, no one is considered a dependent or main applicant. All applications are processed in their own merits and have to fulfil the requirements individually. But family members can be added in the same account.
