I trust you guys are doing well by God grace. First, I would like to apologise for not been able to start a new topic as the question is different to the title. I spent times searching in vain how to start a new topic.
Please gents and Ladies can you support me with the child registration procedure? My daughter was born in UK in 2014 when I and the mother were not Settle in UK, now we are settled and would like to register our daughter.
What is the procedure? and How much it cost?

There are no fee waiver options available for registration or naturalisation - they are not immigration applications.
Waivers are only available for certain circumstances (page 6 of the guidance):
