I am applying for naturalisation for my wife. She had her schengen visa was annulled in 2015, will it be a problem? Do i need to mention anywhere about this?

Schengen visa is not a UK application so you wouldn't have to disclose - but what was the reason for annulment?

Schengen visa was applied/issued in India. While travelling to Europe, they didn't say anything. But when coming back from Lithuania to UK (after spending two months), we have been told that the visa was annulled.
