Hi,
I was trying to apply for passport for a naturalised minor. It asks

''any court orders (for example that describe parental responsibility or residency arrangements)''

Can any one suggest what should I send in this.Child's birth certificate will do?

If parents are married, and one parent applies for child's passport, no such document is needed. If they are divorced or never were married, you should send documents that you have the right to request their passport - that you have parental responsibility over child, that they are residing with you as per court order etc.

As @obormot said already, Child’s Birth Certificate is enough to establish parental responsibility if the parent(s) name is on the certificate.

So if both parents are married and living together with the child, then only thing you need to send are
1.old passports
2.naturalisation certificates

Correct?

For the child:

Registration Certificate
Home Country Passport (if any)
Birth Certificate
