Dear Moderator & members,

I hope you all are safe with this pandemic disease. I am new here, my whole immigration history is as under and need your kind help for application for British Citizenship;

Arrived UK on 17-11-2010 at Heathrow
Applied Asylum on 20-11-2010 at Liverpool
Asylum Application Refused on 12-9-2011
Appeal Lower Court & refused on 15-11-2011
Went to Upper Tribunal & refused on 2-2-2012
Went to Appeal of Court & refused on 7-4-2012
Oral hearing Appeal of Court & refused 7-5-2012
Letter from Home Office to send 4 pictures of each on 3-6-2012
Received DLR 6 Years route on 13-7-2012
Applied ILR in person & got same day on 10-9-2018 (Premium Service)

I am bit confused to apply British Citizenship and need some help from respected group members, the point is after Appeal of court on 7-4-2012 or oral hearing on 7-5-2012 and HO letter 1-6-2012 in between no letter from home office to leave country or whatsoever, so this period was treated as overstayer or not?

It is therefore requested that kindly I need your kind help.

Thanking you all,
Best Regards,
