I have got my ILR now, My child was born in the UK before I got my ILR and is currently on Tier 2 Dependent visa which expires on 26 December 2020.

Please could you advise me on the below, much appreciated , Thanks
1) whether I should apply for her Visa now or avoid it
2) Register her as a british citizen MN1 route
3) Can I register her as a british citizen MN1 route, after her current visa expires

1) Avoid

2 & 3 are correct.

Visa expiry is irrelevant.

Just think out loud, is there a possibility to apply for MN1 route Child Registration from the Outside UK, From my home country and then for a british passport

You could but that is a long more exhausting process.
