Citizenship Application questions

Hi everyone,
Can someone please help me answer the query below -
I will be submitting my naturalisation application this January. In the employment history section - we are required to fill employment details for the past jobs in the UK. The challenge I have is that I have worked for a couple of agencies (about 6 to 7) between 2011 and 2014 as a casual worker and I dont remember the start and finish dates but I can only guess the dates from my payslips. I have tried calling the agencies, some of them are no longer in existence. I requested for SAR from HMRC but the SAR letter did not come with start and finish dates for the individual employments - the letter has just employer's name, earnings, NI and tax contributions.
Is it ok to put estimated dates?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes, but do add a covering letter and explain the same.

Declaring criminal fines/cautions

Hi everyone,
Can someone help me to answer the query below.
I will be submitting my naturalisation application later this month.
Sometime in 2014, my friend was driving me and another colleague to the University campus and I was sitting at the back seat. Police stopped us to check driver's documents and picked on me that was not wearing seat belt. They told me that by law I am suppose to wear seat belt even while seating at the back seat - I did not know that. They gave me £100 fine which I paid within 5 days.
Going foward, I have renewed my visa thrice + ILR but I forgot to mention this in those applications (totally forgot about the incident until now that good character requirements came up on the naturalisation application)
Do I need to declare this penalty in the naturalisation application?
If I add the above penalty will it affect my naturalisation application since I did not mention it in the previous visa applications post the fine.
NB: my employer has conducted DBS checks on me (one in 2017 and another in 2019) and none of them showed the fine/penalty - not sure if such check has the capability to show past penalties and cautions. Thanks

No need to declare. This will not impact AN. FPN alone is not a criminal conviction anyways.
If I was you I would not declare it. But if you strictly want to go by the books and declare the FPN you can. It will have no effect. You did not have to declare it for visas or ILR. No impact.
