Questions on British Citizenship application

Hello Everyone,
Hope you can help on these 2 questions about my application.
1. Around my presence in the UK
There is a question in the form: "When did you first arrive in the UK?"
I have arrived in the UK the first time back in 2011 where I've received permanent employment and worked for 1 year.
Afterwards I've left to my home EU country and worked there for 2 years.
Then I've returned back to the UK in 2014 and have been working here since...
Do I put 2014 (received my settled status on the basis on living in the UK for 5 years since 2014) OR do I put 2011 and submit that I've been outside of UK for 2 years?
There is also a question Have you had any other work over the past 10 years or since you came to the UK? - if I consider my first arrival 2014 then the answer is "No". If 2011 then the answer will be "Yes"
2. Convictions and other penalties
I've had a couple of parking tickets.
But I can't even be 100% confident which year i've had them let alone the specific date. I do not collect my parking tickets. What would you recommend?

This is based on the first entry when you came with the intention of a long stay i.e. 2011
There is also a question
Have you had any other work over the past 10 years or since you came to the UK? - if I consider my first arrival 2014 then the answer is "No". If 2011 then the answer will be "Yes"
For AN last 10 years UK employment history has to be declared (IF ANY)

Convictions and other penalties
I've had a couple of parking tickets.

PCNs are not an issue if you do not have numerous. If they are only couple and you paid on time - did not escalate, no need to declare. PCN is issued to the vehicle not the driver anyways

Fixed penalty notices at any level

Hello Everyone,
Need your guidance here as I am a bit lost.
There is a section on the application "A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty"
Guide AN says:
Fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets) must be disclosed, although will not normally be taken into account unless:
• you received 3 or more fixed penalty notices at any level
I have been living the in the UK for 6 years now.
As far as I can recall, I've had 4 incidents.
- cigarette butt fine issued by an environmental officer
- another cigarette butt fine issued by an environmental officer
All of these fines were immediately paid and I've even attended a speed awareness course.
However I have no idea of when (even in which years) did I get that parking ticket or those cigarette butt fines.
Questions:
1) what are the chances that my application will be refused?
2) what should I do with the 3 fines where I have absolutely no idea on the dates? How am I to declare these?

Need your support!
I have a settled status under the EU settlement scheme.
Within the Guide AN, it says I need to provide Evidence of lawful residence during the 5 years.
This includes: letters from employers (including start and finish dates), payslips, P60s.
During my 6 years in the UK I've had 4 different employers.
I've never received any P60's from any of them.
What I can provide:
- a letter from my current job, confirming my employment for the past 2 years.
- as for the previous 3 jobs I do have all the contracts which include the start dates + all the P45's confirming last days of employment. As well as the last payslips for each job.
Will this be enough?

None of this will not affect your application. FPN alone is not a criminal conviction unless the case is taken to court and you loose. FPN is more of a nuisance when you have multiple in the last 12 months. Parking ticket is not worth declaring anyways.

Just to confirm: "None of this will not affect your application" - hope this is a typo.... did you mean "None of this will affect your application"?

Your suggested documents will be sufficient, in my view.
Surprised you never got P60s - employers have to submit those to HMRC with copy to you normally.

Hello Everyone!
I have now applied for the citizenship.
Tried to be as thorough as I could.
However I think I might have made a mistake.
One of the referees has to be of professional standing.
My friend is a teacher at a primary school.
However I’ve only now been told that she is still actually on her way to be become a certified teacher!!!
She got her bachelors, went to teacher training courses and now working as a substitute teacher in a primary school. But not a “fully licensed” one yet.
Is my application in jeopardy?

Hi all,
I would like to revive the topic as I have a similar issue.
In Jun 2011, I finished my A-level equivalent exam and had a bottle of beer in the park.
Unfortunately, I was caught by two policemen and was brought to the police station and later had to attend a 'mini-court' where I was fined an equivalent of £10. This was a non-criminal offence and I was told at the time that this will be erased from my 'history' after 1 year.
This all happened in Latvia.
My mate, who was also fined was asked about a record against when his employed was doing some background checks on him, which was in 2015 when we graduated from uni.
Would you even mention this in the application?
If so, would it be a fixed penalty notice or something else?
I am also unable to remember the date when this happened and this was about 10 years ago, so have doubts regarding this.
