Hi, I have submitted my british naturalisation application on the 4th of Dec 20. As I was doing some checks I have noticed when I have scanned the referres declarations I have scan the first page without my name on it. I did scan this page twice with the photo and with my name on the back of the photo, but by name is not completed. Can I ask what is best to do in this situation? Should I contact UKVI and explain and give them the correct completed declarations? I am panicking now as I dont want any of the referres to have any issues for my mistake.Thank you in advance for your help. Really appreciated.

It is not a big issue. Might not even be noticed. In case it is noticed, HO will write back for updated referee forms. Nothing to worry.

If you want to be a little more pro active: You can add a cover letter and get the referees to sign again (obviously new dates). Send attachment in an email. No issues.

Thank you so much for your advise. I can relax now, I was so worried that my application may be rejected. But it seems this is not the case. I will wait for them to contact me, either way I will still need to get the forms signed again.
