I managed to get a British citizen referee that knows me for at least 3 years. Can I use as second referee my girlfriend's brother who is a doctor non British and doesn't live in the uk ? I underline girlfriend, we are not married yet

Thank you, has anyone paid a lawyer to be his referee for naturalisation? Unfortunately I am running out of options
