270 absences rule in citizenship application

dear fellows hope every one is ok

my wife wants to apply for citizenship but she has 290 days absent in last 3 years due to ill father.

i am british and she is applying ilr holder.

i want to apply soon but this 20 days short fall worrying me.

also does she need to send her ilr card or pakistani passport with the citizen application?

Per the guidance "Total number of absences normally disregarded 300 days". You can include a note explaining excess day.

also please advice about the referee form which i filled online, do i need to send physical referee forms with the applicant picture and signed by the referees?

Once your referees have signed the forms you will also scan and load them online.
Keep the originals in case they may be requested, however haven't this this happen at all.
