Hi,
I recently made an application for Naturalisation (3 year route)and submitted all mandatory documents. In the application i declared that i had one CCJ in 2014 and made a payment very lately in 2015. Now it is has been 5+ years.
Do i need to still submit my certificate of satisfaction letter , though it was not asked anywhere !.
I checked trust online but there is no information on my name.
Do i need to upload the document ? Will this affect my application?.

Ima so tensed .Please advice me or kindly let me know if anyone had similar experience

Many thanks
Meg

A CCJ is removed after 6 years from the record. However as the AN online form asks, you must declare it for Nationality purpose. Add a cover letter and provide evidence that you paid it. It will have NO impact on your application. Nothing to worry.

Yes you can. Just upload the cover letter and proof of payment before biometrics. The staff will submit for you. No issues.
