EEA national without permanent residence card

So I just applied for the citizenship and was going through the answers after applying. I am a 25 year old Polish/Vietnamese citizen. One thing I noticed is I mistakenly said YES to this:
Are you either:
- An EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence document
- A family member of an EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence card
I was given ILR under the EU settlement scheme but I don't have a permanent residence document I believe. The application is already sent and paid for. Is there any way I could contact UK Visas and Immigration and correct this information? How bad of a mistake is this?

If you hold Settled Status and qualified for naturalisation then you have no issue - a PR card is not required.
Have you also selected the option ILR (incl. Settled Status) and given evidence/reference number for UKSS?

So I know PR card is not required but when asked in the application whether I have a permanent residence - I selected Yes, even though I don't have it.

I did select that I will use ILR for the citizenship application but I don't think I was asked for the reference number.

Have you had your biometrics yet? Have you loaded and submitted your document scans yet?
If not you can include your Settled Status approval - the document list should have asked for proof of "free from immigration restrictions".

I haven't had my biometrics yet and haven't loaded/submitted any document scans.
The document list did not ask for "proof of free from immigration restrictions". I have literally just submitted my application. I also just withdrew the application on the advice from Home Office when calling them.
I do have another question though. When you mentioned submitting and uploading the documents, those happen during the appointment for the biometrics right? I cannot just myself scan and upload anything before the appointment?

You can scan and upload yourself. Most people do this.

As per reply from CR001 you can do the scan and upload yourself - the appointment is for biometrics basically.
Note that UKVCAS is a contractor to the Home Office, they deal with receiving applications and biometrics, and there's only very basic advice. It's surprising that the Home Office advised you to withdraw the application - now you have to start again(?). You could have just attached your Settled Status letter and an explanatory note with your other documents.
