MN1 form need help

Hi members,
I Have a lit problem about filling MN1 from for my 8 year old Daughterto registred her as British citizen.
1). I got my ILR in OCT 2011. My Daughter bron in Nov 2012 in Non EU country ( Pakistan). I got my British citizenship in Nov 2013.
2). She came to UK in Aug 2015 as EU family member ( surinder singh route). She Got her EU settled status 12-01-2021. Now i want to apply for her registration as a British citizenship but not sure under which section i choose her Registration ???
