Hi All,
Request your expert advise on this.

Me and my wife had already applied for ILR in dec,2020 awaiting for decision.

My son (born in UK on 16 May 2016)''s visa is expiring oon 27/01 ( same as mine). I am aware that I am safe as
I had applied for ILR but I cant apply for his nationality due to my awaiting ILR decision.
Will he become overstayer after 27th Jan?
Do I need to apply for his visa extension? If yes, please provide link.

Kindly help.

Thanks!

UK born children have an automatic entitlement to British citizenship after a parent becomes settled. They do not need to maintain continious residence. Apply for his registration using form MN1 after you get ILR
