Hello

I have received my ILR on Jan 21st 2021 (applied under Tier 2 dependant 5 year route) and my partner is already a British citizen so my question is do I need to wait for an year to apply for naturalisation or can I apply for naturalisation immediately ?

You can apply now as per Section 6(2) BNA 1981.

PS: I am assuming by partner you mean: you are married to a British Citizen.

Thanks - No My partner got his British citizenship under Tier-2 route he is British citizen from 2019.
