HI,

I am on 10 Year route ILR. I have already applied for ILR in Dec 2020 and waiting for the decision.

My 2nd Kid was born in UK in mid of 2019. Can you please help me on the below queries.

1. Will my 2nd Kid eligible to get British passport once I get the ILR?
2. If he is eligible, how and where we can apply for the British passport?
3. We didnt apply for dependent visa after he born. Will it impact on getting british passport or my ILR?

Not directly.

The child is eligible to register as a British citizen under Section 1(3) of the BNA 1981 using Form MN1, on or after the day you received your ILR.

Once the registration certificate is received, you can then apply for a British passport for the child.

Yes, you can apply online. Follow this link: https://www.gov.uk/apply-citizenship-born-uk/under-18

Dont worry about not having dependant visa for him. It does not matter.
