And if I have to please tell me why?

Can I count the previous 9 months that I was granted first in 2015 on form FLR FP? Please.

Please can you advise?

You will have to wait 12 months - as you are not spouse or civil partner of a British citizen. The 12 months wait is a requirement for naturalisation.
Not sure about what you mean by the 9 months in 2015. Your residency period is five years back from the data of the naturalisation application.

Naturalisation is not a part of the immigration pathway, which ends at ILR, but has its own different laws and requirements.

To qualify for naturalisation immediately after ILR, you need to be married (or be in a civil partnership, which has almost all the same rights and responsibilities as marriage) to a British citizen. That you gained ILR based on a unmarried relationship is irrelevant to naturalisation. It looks at whether or not you are married (or in a civil partnership) to a British citizen on the date of your naturalisation application.

Not sure what you mean by this. As mentioned above, naturalisation has its own separate set of requirements and is not an extension of immigration requirements.

To naturalise as a British citizen, as you are not married to a British citizen, you need to wait for at least one year after the date that you have been granted ILR.

You also need to have been physically present in the UK five years before the date of the naturalisation application and meet absence requirements in the past five and one year immediately preceding the date of the naturalisation application.

That is so helpful, I actually looked everywhere and I couldn't find any exceptional circumstances to this one year wait after ILR.
you saved me £1330, i just need to wait then , much appreciated
