I have just submitted online application and i am baffled with what i have read there.

It now says i have to go though sopra steria to book an appointment. Is it just a biometrics? Or do i need submitting my passport and BRP at that time?

Thing is i have impending travel coming up once lockdown is lifted. And i don't know whether i need to submit my passport and BRP card for this application at ay time? Could someone answer?

The appointment is for biometrics only. You will not hand over your passport/BRP - scan upload is sufficient - your passport is just for identity check. You are free to travel after the biometrics.

Yes. I did find link for upload on the website eventually... Just need to get lucky finding free appointment now.
